Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

However, Thanha reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, customers will be notified and the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, customers must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification purposes.

Once approved:

* Return process may take 3 to 4 working days
* Replacement processing may take 4 to 5 working days
* Replaced products will be delivered within 3 working days
